Biography
Dr. Enas Qutieshat holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Aberdeen, UK. She has extensive experience in private higher and professional education institutions. She currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Law at Sohar University, a leading private institution in Oman. Prior to joining Sohar University, she served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at Philadelphia University for eight years, during which she also held the position of Head of the Law Department. Dr. Qutieshat has a proven record in leading and managing educational institutions effectively.
