Biography
Janet Kyogabiirwe Bagorogoza is a lecturer in Human Resource Management at Makerere University Business School. Her teaching assignment is the course Principals of human resource management, Performance Management and Business Communication. Janet is also a Director of temple school services. Janet holds an MSc in human resource management and a PGD from The Uganda management institute (Uganda), a Med from Makerere University (Uganda) and a PhD student at Maastricht School of management (the Netherlands). Janet’s PhD thesis is on the topic of the role of knowledge management in the sustainability of high-performance organizations. Her areas of research interest include; strategic human resource management, Interpersonal relations, business communication and knowledge management and high-performance organizations
