Description
Janet Druker is a Professor at the University of Westminster, London, supporting research development within the Business School. Her most recent full-time post was as Senior Pro-Vice Chancellor at Canterbury Christ Church University where she was based from 2005 until December 2010, leading research across the University. Previously employed at the Universities of Greenwich and East London (where she was Head of the Business School), she is a specialist in human resource management with interests in work, employment and reward management and has published widely within these areas. Recent research has been concerned with management of people on major construction projects, looking at the London 2012 Olympics.
