Biography
Kibiriti Majuto is a second-year master’s student at Yale School of the Environment, studying climate change science and solutions. He has worked as a Communications Assistant at the Brooklyn Movement Center and a Zero Hunger Intern at the Congressional Hunger Center. At the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), Kibiriti supported litigation efforts focused on environmental protection, clean air, and public health. In 2023, he served as a Youthwise United States Representative at the OECD. Kibiriti is passionate about climate adaptation and mitigation in Sub-Saharan Africa, sustainable development finance, and foreign affairs. He aims to develop skills to address climate adaptation and sustainable infrastructure in the region. In his free time, he enjoys mentoring, hiking, and growing food.
