Biography
(Prof Rizal Edi Halim, PhD – Universitas Indonesia– rizal.edy@ui.ac.id) He is a graduate of Universitas Indonesia with a Ph.D Degree in Management. He is a Professor in of strategic marketing and also a prolific writer. He has been appointed as Commissioner of National Consumer Protection Agency (NCPA) Republic of Indonesia (period 2017-2020). Among his research interest are macro marketing, marketing and public policy, marketing ethics, customer value, social marketing, retail marketing, marketing systems as well as dynamic marketing
