Salah Idris (KSA)

Salah is a seasoned banking and management expert. Banking has always been his career. He has been practicing banking and management for over 35 years, during which he held senior positions in the different local and international banks he worked for. Salah has been fortuned with the specialized academic banking & finance and project management education as well as the numerous advanced training courses in banking and finance and many other advanced management skills and management issues. Salah is a subject matter expert and a reference in the banking industry in the Western and Islamic banking spheres, in the Retail, Corporate and Treasury spaces. His postgraduate studies in Project Management in Information Systems and Information Technology made him a reference in the Digital Transformation in Banking and FinTech fields. He has solid knowledge, skills and proven track record of ability of setting and executing business and financial management strategies. He is also known to have excellent track record in leading and inspiring people, and building winning teams. Through his, over 60 quality and advanced training courses he attended in banking and general management in Sudan, Saudi Arabia and abroad, (a list is given below), he has acquired a noticeable core knowledge and soft skills that helped him to excel throughout his career in banking and in General Management (managing peoples, performance, budget, resources, processes, total quality, business risks, credit risks, operations and procurement, business continuity, workflows and processes, etc.).
