Biography
Dr. Tsatsral Batmunkh is a Mongolian environmental professional with extensive experience in environmental monitoring, laboratory management, and public administration. She currently serves as Director of the Central Laboratory of Environment and Metrology, where she oversees laboratory operations, environmental quality monitoring, and international cooperation projects. Dr. Batmunkh has been actively involved in strengthening environmental governance, laboratory capacity building, and the implementation of internationally supported development projects in Mongolia. Her professional interests include environmental policy, analytical laboratory systems, air and water quality monitoring, and sustainable development. She has represented her institution in various national and international technical meetings, workshops, and cooperative programs related to environmental protection and laboratory management.
