Biography
Rashmi Agarwal is a visionary cultural leader, entrepreneur, and curator based in Doha, Qatar, with over two decades of experience in the creative and youth development sectors. She is the Founder and President of MAPS International W.L.L., CEO of the Qatar International Art Festival (QIAF), and the driving force behind THE Y.O.U.T.H™ and JADOO – Youth for SDGs.
Rashmi has successfully bridged art, culture, education, and social impact through large-scale festivals, exhibitions, workshops, and international collaborations. Her initiatives emphasize youth empowerment, sustainability, innovation, and cross-cultural dialogue, creating platforms where creativity and learning converge.
