Carolina Mohammad Hajj Younes Montoya is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the Lebanese International University. With a career rooted in the intersection of health and sustainability, Carolina focuses on the vital roles of nutrition, fitness, and food security in building resilient communities. Her expertise spans clinical dietetics and wellness coaching, underpinned by a global perspective shaped by her education in Lebanon and her professional work in Colombia.
