Biography
Dr. Anfal Albadir is an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Studies in Kuwait, with over 14 years of teaching experience in higher education. She holds a PhD in Development Policy and Management from the University of Manchester. Her academic interests include digital transformation, human resource practices, and the role of ICT in knowledge management and sustainability.
