Biography
Stefano Capodagli is the Chief Risk Officer at the Caribbean Development Bank, heading the Office of Risk Management. He holds an International Executive MBA from Bocconi University and degrees from La Sapienza, University of Rome. With extensive experience in development finance and banking across multiple continents, Stefano has held senior risk and turnaround management roles at Unicredit Bank Austria Group, African Development Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Hellenic Bank Group and advised organizations like the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States and the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). He is a Certified Public Accountant, Internal Auditor, and Professional Coach, fluent in English, French, and Italian.
