Prof. K. R. Sowmya (St. Francis de Sales College) India

Sowmya KR is a faculty with two decades of experience in teaching management subjects, research, publications, International and industrial relations specializing in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. In addition to having expertise in International Relations, Sowmya KR is a Research Fellow at INTI International University, Malaysia and International Advisory Board Member & Adjunct Researcher in Spectrum International university College, Malaysia. Holds an experience as expatriate in Africa. Her academic pursuits have taken her to the USA, Ethiopia, Nairobi, Egypt, Malaysia, Dubai, Sri Lanka, and Singapore for significant assignments. Sowmya KR is a Fellow of the World Business Institute, Australia, and has received several accolades, including the “Outstanding Faculty in Organization Behaviour” award in 2017, a national award for excellence in teaching and research in 2018, and the Indo-Thai academic award for "academic leadership" in 2019.
