Extraordinary professor at Link Campus University and advisor for Public Administration on innovation; evaluator and reviewer of European Projects. Active in the definition of Italian eGovernment, eParticipation, Open Government, Open Data and FOIA Action Plans, Member of the Open Source Software in Public Administration Committees. Founder and Vice President of Eutopian, Founder ad former President of Stati Generali dell'Innovazione, a multistakeholder association devoted to sharing experiences on innovation and lobbying for the adoption of innovative regulations at the national level (Open Data by default, FOIA). Founder of the WISTER group (Women for Inclusive and Smart TERritories). Former Rome City Councillor for smart city.
