Biography
Dr. Adama Ndjol Kouyaté is a multidisciplinary scholar, international development expert, executive coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience across Africa, United States, and Europe. Her work explores the intersection of storytelling, cultural heritage, and sustainable development. Founder of two consulting agencies, Dr. Kouyaté advises global organisations on strategy, equity, and leadership transformation. Fluent in English, French, and five West African languages, she comes from a long line of storytellers in West Africa and integrates oral traditions and narrative frameworks into policy, research, and creative practice. Her approach bridges academia and community, with a focus on African diasporic communities and culturally grounded models for change.
