Almahdi Al-Meshai (University of Ghrian) Libya

Al-Meshai is a PhD candidate at the Libyan Academy, specialising in Accounting. He is also a senior official at the Administrative Control Authority in Libya and an expert in Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs). Al-Meshai holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Accounting in University of Ghrian. He is working as a part time member of the teaching staff at the Faculty of Science, University of Ghrian; and several higher institutes, including Mizdah, Ash-Shuqayqa, and Al-Asabaa, as well as the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at the University of Al-Zaytouna. Throughout his career, Al-Meshai has held various leadership positions, including Director of the General Administration for Auditing at the Ministry of Finance, Director of the Administrative Control Authority Branch in Mizdah, and Director of the Administrative Control Authority Branch in Ash-Shuqayqa. He has chaired numerous audit committees for Libyan ministries and several embassies abroad, such as the Libyan Embassies in Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey.
