Biography
Dr. Dania Majid Al-Obaidi is a Lecturer (PhD) in Private Law at Al-Nahrain University / College of Political Science in Iraq.
She holds a PhD in Civil Procedure Law. She serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Diplomatic Center for Studies and Development (D.C.S.D), and is a certified ladies’ etiquette trainer accredited by the Center. She is also the Executive Director of the Global Diplomatic Academy for Leadership Training and Development.
Dr. Al-Obaidi has participated in numerous local and international conferences in the field of private law. She has delivered many legal seminars and workshops on the legal framework for the use of internet networks and the admissibility of social media messages as evidence in civil litigation. She was honored under the dome of the British Parliament in London during a ceremony recognizing distinguished Arab women.
Dr. Al-Obaidi has authored several research papers in the field of civil procedure law, focusing on the management of civil cases, the judge’s authority in evaluating evidence, and the legal positions of litigants in civil proceedings.
