I am Kawther Al Kindi, an academic with an MBA, currently serving as a faculty member at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS). My areas of interest and research include SMEs Resilience, Innovation, and Sustainability. I am passionate about exploring how small and medium-sized enterprises can enhance their adaptability, recovery, and long-term growth. My work focuses on advancing theoretical insights and practical approaches to support sustainable business practices and foster innovation. Through my research, I aim to contribute to the development of effective strategies that empower SMEs to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
