Rocky J. Dwyer, PhD, FRSA, FCPA, CPA, FCMA, CMA is a Core Faculty Professor in the Doctor of Business Administration Program in the College of Management and Human Potential at Walden University, USA. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, UK; a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He is an award winning author, editor and educator, who has consulted and undertaken research to support social change for private, not-for profit, and public sector organizations in 30 countries to examine and validate Corporate Social Responsibility, Poverty Reduction initiatives, strategic organizational capacity to support social change, performance management and ethics. His research has been presented and published for conferences and symposiums in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, India, South America, Germany, the Russian Federation; and the Peoples Republic of China.
