Biography
Rudo Udika is a researcher from the University of West Indies. For over 7 years her works have revolved around the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects that tackle the community-based use of resources. She used to cross- cutting and collaborative approaches to engage with stakeholders, manage the lifecycle of projects and build partnerships that benefit people and the environment.She have experience working across the Caribbean (Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Trinidad & Tobago) and have specialist experiences implementing projects in the areas of development planning, environmental management, climate change adaptation, agriculture, biodiversity, protected areas management, sustainable tourism and disaster risk reduction.
