Biography
Sayed Mohammad Sahafi graduated with a BSc degree in 2007 and an MSc degree in 2011 from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Isfahan University of Technology, Iran. His thesis focused on “Process optimization using response surface methodology to produce diacylglycerol oil from safflower oil by enzymatic glycerolysis”. Since graduating, he has worked on several scientific projects, including “Biodiesel Production from Waste Oils” and “Novel Oilseed of Dracocephalum kotschyi”
