Biography
Virpi Stucki is a Business Partnership Officer at UNIDO’s Country Partnerships Division. She focuses on implementing projects on industrial skills development in collaboration with the private sector following Public Private Development Partnership (PPDP) –model. In this relation, Ms. Stucki manages a project called Learning and Knowledge Development Facility (LKDF), which is supporting the establishment and upgrading of local industrial training academies in close partnership with the private sector. Key feature of the LKDF is evidence based learning and knowledge management, innovation, replication and scaling-up. Prior to UNIDO, Ms. Stucki worked at the Royal Dutch Shell, the International Union for Conservation for Nature (IUCN) and Aalto University. Virpi Stucki holds a PhD in environmental engineering.
