Ala’ Adili (Palestine Ahliya University) Palestine

Ala’ N. B. Adili is the General Director of the Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a Ph.D. candidate in Business Administration at Palestine Ahliya University. He holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Al-Ahliyya Amman University and an MBA from Al-Quds University. Mr. Adili has substantial experience in strategic leadership, business development, and organizational management, particularly within the context of chambers of commerce. He also serves as a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration. His research interests focus on talent development, marketing, leadership, organizational performance, and change management.
