Biography
An executive leader and academic with over 20 years of experience in leadership, governance, finance, cultural policy and sustainable development. Holding a PhD in Business Administration from IAE France, he serves as an Executive Board Member at Lebanon's Capital Markets Authority and is active in regional Fintech and corporate governance initiatives. He lectures on management and sustainability and has published and presented widely on risk management, heritage preservation, and institutional development across the Arab world and Europe.
