Biography
Dr. Muhammed Sutcu received the B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2006. He got his M.Sc. degree in Engineering Management from Istanbul Technical University in 2008 and his Ph.D. degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Industrial and Enterprise Engineering Department in 2015. His research focuses are in the general area of (i) decision making, (ii) information theory, (iii) machine learning and big data with a particular interest in applications to energy, healthcare, and transportation.
