Prof. Nasser Jaradat (Palestine Ahliya University) Palestine

Professor Nasser Jaradat is a distinguished Professor of Business Administration and currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Palestine Ahliya University, Bethlehem, Palestine. He is also a coordinator pf the university’s Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. Professor Jaradat attained his Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with distinction from Amman Arab University for Graduate Studies in Jordan. His academic career includes appointments as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences at both Philadelphia University and Amman Ahliya University in Jordan. Since 2014, he has been affiliated with Palestine Ahliya University, where he was promoted to Associate Professor and subsequently to Full Professor. He previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences for four years and has held the position of Dean of Graduate Studies for the past three years. Over the course of his academic career, Professor Jaradat has supervised and examined hundreds of master and doctoral theses across several universities in Palestine, Algeria, Morocco, Lebanon, and Jordan. His teaching and consultancy interests encompass business administration, research methodology, strategic management, change management, organizational development, and knowledge management. His research focuses on strategic management, leadership, managing intangibles, change management, and knowledge management. He is an active member of numerous academic and editorial boards of international peer-reviewed journals and contributes as a reviewer, author, and editor to scholarly book projects. Professor Jaradat has published dozens of peer-reviewed research articles in local and international journals and has co-authored numerous academic textbooks. He is a regular participant in international scientific conferences. He currently serves as President of the Arab Society of Management Experts.
